Laurie integrates Post Injury Rehabilitation and Functional Movement to bring a unique individualized focus to the personalized workout. When people are released from physical therapy, they have rehabilitated their injury, however, they have now lost some of their movement patterns during this time. A Functional Movement Screen is conducted on the client in order to identify these patterns.
