"I had read a few of Dolores Cannon books in the past. I knew of friends who had QHHT sessions, yet I never felt drawn to go. Until recently a friend shared about her experience with Laurie.

Your Higher Consciousness can also be referred to as your Higher Self, Oversoul, Christ Consciousness or your Subconscious. Your soul is eternal. QHHT Sessions //
QHHT sessions are ONLY done in person. ONLY the client and practitioner should be present for the session.
The session will be digitally recorded and given to the client to listen to and shared at their discretion. It is strongly advised to listen to the recording before sharing as there can be some very private information that comes forward that you may not have memory of from the session.
A session generally lasts 5-6 hours. This time includes a two-hour interview about your life, two hours of hypnosis experience which consists of a past life regression and bringing in your Higher Consciousness, and time afterward to discuss the session.
A QHHT session is typically meant to be a one-time experience. Exceptions to this will be discussed during the interview.

Preparing for the Session //
Your healing begins the moment you schedule your appointment. Spirit begins to put things into motion. Pay attention to what may come up concerning recurring themes, emotions, and physical afflictions.

Set your intentions daily to be grateful for the healing you are receiving. Feel it and claim it in every part of your being. Remind your ego to step aside as a quiet witness throughout this ceremony.

Complete a list of 10 – 30 questions to ask your Higher Consciousness. Adding to this list the names and relationships of the “Cast of Characters” in your current life. Those who have contributed to your spiritual path in any way.

No alcoholic beverages the day or night before your session. Eat a nutritional meal (no caffeine) before your session.

Plan on having a relaxing evening at home after your session. Eat a meal and drink plenty of water to continue grounding and allowing the Spirit and body to integrate easily.

It is recommended that you listen to the recording within a few days after your session. Each time you listen, you will receive more information, and the healing will continue to deepen.
At the conclusion of your session, you will be in amazement of the multidimensional experience you have just encountered. There will be a clear understanding of how the teachings and relationships in this life are preparing you for your life purpose. This will allow you to move forward with presence and inner peace.
